Estranged (98 MIN | UK | 2015) is the long awaited directorial feature debut for Adam. His visual style and ability to draw performance, influenced by his Scandinavian and Japanese background, have defined his work.
Born in Denmark, he spent most of his early years in India and Japan, the child of globe-trotting parents. He got his start behind the camera aged 15, during an apprenticeship at a children’s video production company in Japan. After returning to Denmark to study at the European Film College, Adam moved to London were he graduated with distinction from London Guildhall with an MA in Audio Visual Production.
Adam has worked in various formats including Music videos, documentaries, commercials and feature films. Adam started Face Films with William Borthwick (Producer), Simon Fantauzzo (Writer) and Ben King (Editor). Adam Levins is an innovative director and is well known for thinking outside the box and finding new ways to tell stories.
Adam currently resides in Southern California. His latest film, Population Zero (83 MIN. | USA) is set to be released in 2016.
